About Us

Hello! My name is Dr. Shane Yi. Most people just call me Dr. Shane.

I am very excited to call Gravelbourg home and proud to be part of the Gravelbourg Dental team. I have purchased a home in Gravelbourg that my cat Meatball and I really enjoy.

I have had the pleasure of living in multiple areas of the world throughout my life. I called Texas home when I was young and then as an adult I moved with my family to Australia where I completed my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. I have always wanted to be part of the “friendly Canadian” culture and feel so fortunate to be settled here in Gravelbourg.

My goal is to provide excellent dentistry to the people of Gravelbourg and area for many years to come. The team at Gravelbourg Dental works hard to provide all those big city services in our small town. It is our pleasure to take care of you, your family and your friends.

Hey everyone! I’m Carlee.

I get the privilege of wearing many hats at the Gravelbourg Dental Clinic. I am a certified dental hygienist, dental assistant and am also the office manager.
I enjoy the variety of jobs that I get to do throughout the day.

My FAVOURITE part of my job is interacting with our awesome patients whether it’s getting to clean your teeth, help Dr. Shane by assisting him with your treatment or simply greeting you for your appointment.

I find a balance in life between my career and my family life. My husband Shaylor and I have the best two kids anyone could ask for. We are very proud to have built a life in the Ranching community and enjoy all that it continues to offer us.

I don’t take life too seriously and think if you can leave with a smile or a laugh then my job is done for the day!

Hi I’m Chelsey! I love my job at the Gravelbourg Dental Clinic! I work mostly as a Dental Hygienist but I am also a Certified Dental Assistant.

I enjoy helping people keep their teeth and gums clean and healthy. Another important part of my job is helping to identify problems early to help prevent much more painful issues down the road.

I enjoy seeing our regular patients as well as meeting new people who are interested in trying out our clinic. We are a full service clinic that provides all services that can be found in the city with a small town, personalized care approach.

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with family & friends. My husband and I have two little girls. There’s always something to do when you live on a farm. I love to go camping in the summer & curling and watching hockey games in the winter.

I’ve grown up living in this area and I am proud of the services that we are able to offer to Gravelbourg & area.

Hello, I’m Kabri! I am a dental hygienist at Gravelbourg Dental. I was very excited to be given the opportunity to join the team in 2018. I completed my student internship at Gravelbourg Dental and then covered a maternity leave which eventually lead into me being here full time.

Being new to the community I look forward to meeting new people and exploring Southern Saskatchewan.

A little bit about my self; I grew up in Craik, Sk. Graduated dental assisting in 2014. I am very passionate about educating patients on their oral health, and decided I needed to continue my education into dental hygiene. I graduated from the dental hygiene program in 2018 and have been loving all aspects of my job ever since.

When I am not at the office, you can find me spending time with my husband Brian and our dog. I love walking my dog, going to the beach and I am currently learning how to crochet!

I look forward to helping you improve and maintain your oral health. I hope to see you all soon!

Hey! I’m Lisa, I’m a Dental Assistant at Gravelbourg Dental. I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at SIAST in Regina in 2014. I worked in Swift Current until being offered a job here in Gravelbourg in August 2020.

I grew up on a farm south of Ernforld, SK. My husband Alex, our daughter Laramie and our dog Diesel live on our farm by Bateman, SK. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time at my parents cabin at Palliser, playing sports, travelling to the mountains, and of course helping on the family farm.

I am very happy to be helping out all our great patients and Gravelbourg Dental and look forward to meeting you!

Hi, I’m Alexa, I’m a Dental Assistant at Gravelbourg Dental. I graduated from the dental assisting program in Saskatoon at the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. I worked in Saskatoon for a couple years then later started working in Gravelbourg in September 2021.

I grew up in Middle Lake, Sk. I currently live near Coderre, Sk with my fiancé Jayden. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, baking, and spending lots of time with my our dogs Bella & Penny and my rabbit Cora.

In the office you’ll see me working alongside Dr. Shane during procedures of all kinds and keeping up with the behind the scenes tasks to keep the office running efficiently. My favourite part about working as a dental assistant is helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair.
